Each PurO3 Olive Oil ozone suppository is 2.6 mL. They include fully ozonated oils created using a cold plasma ozone generator with medical oxygen. The benefit of using cold plasma (low frequency) ozone when producing ozonated oil is that no heat enters the oil. Traditional ozone generators (high frequency) produce heat upwards of 250 degrees which enters the oil and can cause it to lose some of its beneficial properties.
Different oils hold different amounts of ozone. This is determined using the potential ozonide intensity factor. This is measured by looking at the omega 3, 6, 9 fatty acids that the particular oil holds. Oils with higher omega 9 fatty acids hold more ozone.
The Potential Ozonide Index (POI) shows how much ozone a particular oil can hold. The more Omega 3s, 6s and 9s an oil has, the more ozone it can infuse and the stronger it is. The formula goes like this: Omega 3s (x3) + Omega 6s (x2) + Omega 9s (x1) = POI. Olive = 92

How to Use: To remove suppository, tear the plastic shell lengthwise beginning at the center perforation at the top (side view shown). Apply a lubricant if needed before insertion. Use as needed or as directed by your healthcare provider. For rectal use: Insert following a bowel movement. Insert past sphincter muscle. Sometimes after insertion you may have an urge to evacuate. Try to hold for 15 to 20 minutes if possible for best absorption of suppository. For vaginal use: Insert 2 to 4 inches when lying down, preferably at night. Remain in a flat position for at least 30 minutes for best absorption.
Storage: Store your ozone suppositories in the freezer so they are easier to use and will last longer. Can last for years when frozen.
