These tiny pellets work wonders! I started slow, on the lowest does then moved up after 4 days and after 2 weeks of use am back to normal!

I’ve been using the Diju Gold for a year now. I use to have severe constipation and had tried many different types of liver cleanse and other medications for constipation only to still be constipated and also suffer with a lot of cramping. These are wonderful! No cramping and very effective. Although I do take more than the recommended dosage.
Was having major issues going for almost a year and was on Miralax for for 8 months. Was able to get off Miralax after a couple weeks!!!
