I use this as a substitute for the Mitocore vitamin product and find it comparable. Taking Mitopro regularly helps me improve my energy and overall health. Anecdotally it seems to keep me from getting sick where I once did (based on my perceptions at least). Without it, I notice my energy levels and general well-being seems to decline. Highly recommend it in place of your normal multi vitamin
