Sleepy Nights is for ages 12+. Do not use if you're pregnant or nursing. Instead, try Sleepy Nights for Pregnancy (also safe to use postpartum).
GENERAL USE
4-8 pumps (2-4 droppers or 2-4 ml) in liquid for taste. Repeat if necessary or upon unwanted wakefulness.

Hops strobiles: Humulus lupulus have traditionally been used to calm the nervous system, soothe occasional anxiousness, and help support restful sleep. Humulus lupulus were often grown in home gardens and revered for their health benefits.

Passionflower aerials: Passiflora incarnata is a plant that thrives throughout certain regions in the world. Its aerial parts have been known to help calm the nervous system, support stress responses, support optimal sleep cycles and ease occasional anxiousness and worry.

Scullcap aerials: Scutellaria lateriflora is native to North America and was traditionally used by Eclectic physicians in the 19th century as a tonic to nourish the nervous system and encourage restful sleep.
