Suggested Use: Standard dose: 1 capsule twice daily, ideally away from food. First dose in the morning before breakfast with 8-12 ounces of water. Second dose early in the afternoon or before afternoon energy low. Not to be taken beyond late afternoon as it may interfere with sleep. Strong dose: For additional support, 2 capsules twice daily.
