Restorative Yoga Class

We’ve moved our lymph and detoxed our organs in our first 2 classes of our 3 part Cleansing Yoga series.  Now it’s time to focus on our nervous system: the container of vitality.  Release the stressors of our modern world, and allow your body to move into healing mode.  This class will lead you to that place of revitalization, ensuring that you are strong and resilient.

Join Janell in this nourishing restorative yoga practice, and clear your mind, relax your body, and open your heart.

You will need Yoga props for the sequence of postures,  so look around your house for the following:

  • 2 stacks of books (or yoga blocks)
  • rolled up pillow (fold into bolster shape with duct tape or scarf)
  • thick towel (if no smaller blanket available)

How long does shipping take?

We typically process and ship orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location. For more details, please visit our Shipping & Delivery page.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied! If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return unused portions of the product within 30 days for a full refund. After 30 days, all sales are final. To start a return, just reach out to our Care Coordinator Team at 206-729-6211 with your product name and purchase date. We’ll review your request and process it within one business week.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! To see shipping costs, simply add items to your cart and enter your address. You can then select your preferred shipping speed, such as Priority Mail Express International or Priority Mail International.
