Without using any additives, SA Wilsons took a careful selection of  organic coffee beans and developed a process that produces coffee with up to 44 percent more caffeine and 87 percent more palmitic acid than regular, commercially available coffee. 

SA Wilsons beans aren’t just 100 percent organic, they’re also bird friendly, shade grown and purchased from small, independent farming cooperatives, hand-picked by farmers who have been paid fairly. Additionally, S.A. Wilson’s Gold Roast is one of the few, if not the only,  organic coffee processor.
